Washington Wildlife centre.

I visited the Washington Wildlife centre last week, and was pleasantly surprised at the diversity of species that frequent the place.
Here you find a sample of some of the birds that visit and some that are permanent residents.
The only negative thing about my visit was that, I had to wait about 20 min’s for a cup of coffee.
I feel I must say at this point  that it is well worth a visit, it makes for a great family day out.

  1. Wow, Kenny!
I really enjoyed these photo’s, did you take them with that camera you bought not so long ago! My favorites are the mother and baby  swan, the flamingo’s, the  brown bird with the Mohawk ( I think it’s a Merganzer) and the pussy willows! Take care, XX
